At Animaxed, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

• The damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

• Clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item must be provided.

• The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

If your claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been processed, shipped, or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for approved claims involving:

• Damaged items

• Manufacturing defects

• Incorrect items received

Returns for reasons such as:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Change of mind

• No longer wanting the item

• Delayed delivery caused by customs or shipping carriers

are not eligible for a refund.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customized & Personalized Products

Customized or personalized products (including custom names, numbers, or special prints) are made specifically for each customer.

Because these items are made to order, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only.

International shipping may be affected by:

• Customs inspections

• Local courier delays

• Weather conditions

• Holidays

• Other circumstances beyond our control

These delays do not qualify for refunds.

Refund Process

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
